Feeling the need to solve a problem I don’t have is one of many lies that my depression tells me. I sit and think about all of the possible solutions to the problem. Logically, my worrying is very irrational considering that the problem doesn’t actually exist. It’s hard to remember to not give energy to that stress and let my mind live in the real world.
